Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any gazetted holiday will be sent for processing on the next working day. If you're paying by cash on delivery, payment will be collected at the shipping address. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking information, so keep an eye on your junk or spam folder just in case.
How much is shipping?
A flat shipping fee of PKR 349, plus a PKR 1 FBR POS fee, applies to all orders within Pakistan.
What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
Your order will be held at the courier's local warehouse, and the courier will call to confirm a suitable delivery time. Delivery will be reattempted twice. If the order still can't be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled. We're not able to make further delivery attempts beyond this, so please make sure you're reachable on the number provided and available to collect your order within this window.
Order Cancellation
For cash on delivery orders, we confirm all orders through a maximum of two confirmation messages. If these go unanswered, the order will be cancelled. You're welcome to cancel your order yourself at any time before it's processed. AUERRO also reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, an item being out of stock, an incorrect or unreachable mobile number, or a technical error on our end.
